1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and what choices you have when you use Reanty's object stories, daily updates, profiles, keepsakes, conversations, voice notes, calls, digital gifts and Memory Coin purchases.
This Policy applies to account details, content, interactions and transaction information provided through the relevant features. Read the applicable information before providing or sending content, and use the available controls to manage profile visibility, system permissions and deletion.
2. Information we process
When you register or sign in, your email, password-verification information, consent records and session information are used to create and manage your account and apply your choices. Passwords are kept in a form that cannot be directly read. Do not include sensitive information unrelated to a feature in your profile, content or support email.
The nickname, bio, region, tags, profile image, photos, stories, daily updates, drafts, comments, saved items, likes, follows, blocks, text conversations and voice notes you choose to provide are used to display and manage your selected content and related records. The reported subject, reason, description and time you submit are used to create and display your report history for your reference. Voice notes you choose to record can be played back, managed or deleted. Call features use the camera, microphone, call status, start and end times, and duration to provide call controls and records.
For Apple App Store purchases, we process the product and order identifiers, necessary purchase-verification information, transaction status, associated account, balance changes and gift records needed to confirm transactions and update Memory Coin balances. Emails, issue descriptions and attachments you choose to send to our contact address are used to respond to your request.
3. iOS system permissions
Reanty requests camera permission when you take profile, object or note photos. When you choose an image from Photos, Reanty obtains the selected image through the iOS system photo picker. Reanty requests microphone permission when you record a voice note and the necessary camera and microphone permissions when you use video calls. We access the device feature or selected photo only as needed for the relevant feature and with your iOS authorization. You may refuse permission or withdraw it later in iOS Settings; a feature that depends on the permission will then be unavailable. You enter any profile region or place yourself.
4. Apple App Store purchases
Apple App Store processes Memory Coin purchases. Apple handles Apple account, payment-method, device and App Store transaction information under Apple's Privacy Policy. Reanty does not receive your card number or payment password. To confirm orders, prevent duplicate crediting and provide Wallet and Coin activity records, Reanty processes the necessary product and transaction identifiers, purchase-verification information, transaction status, account association, balance changes and gift records. Memory Coins are consumable goods and cannot be reissued through Apple's Restore Purchases. Purchase records are based on transactions confirmed by Apple.
5. Use and disclosure
Based on your actions, authorization and applicable law, we use relevant information to provide in-app features, associate and manage content you select, process purchase and gift records, protect accounts and respond to requests. Check content for personal information before publishing or sending it, and respect other people's privacy. Information you send by email is used to handle the matter you raise.
Reanty does not sell personal information or use it for advertising tracking. Information and content you choose to display or send are presented according to the relevant feature and your actions. Apple handles information needed for App Store services under Apple's separate policies. Otherwise, we disclose information only with your authorization or as necessary to comply with legal requirements or protect lawful rights. If identity verification is necessary to handle a rights request, we verify only information proportionate to that request. Verification itself does not make your information public.
6. Your choices and deletion
You can edit your profile, delete your stories, drafts, comments and voice notes, manage saved items, follows, blocks and report records, and delete conversation history through the app. Blocking hides the relevant person and associated content; after unblocking, relevant content and relationships may appear again.
Under Me → Settings → Delete account, completing identity confirmation and confirming deletion removes the current account and its associated profile, content, photos, voice notes, relationships, settings, Memory Coin balance and records. Deleted information cannot be recovered in the app. Signing out only ends the current session. Apple manages App Store orders and refunds; deleting a Reanty account does not delete an Apple account or automatically request a refund.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the app features you choose, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or comply with legal obligations. After you delete content or your account, related information is handled according to your action and applicable law, except for transaction or dispute records that must be retained by law. Deleted content cannot be recovered in the app.
Protect your account credentials and device passcode, and sign out of accounts you no longer use. We take information-protection measures appropriate to the app's features, but no measure eliminates every risk. If an information-security incident requires action under applicable law, we will respond and provide required notice.
8. Your rights and contact
Use the in-app profile and content controls, iOS permission settings and account-deletion feature to manage your choices. We may need to verify information necessary to protect your account and will respond under applicable law. Do not email passwords, payment passwords or complete purchase records.
9. Policy updates
We update this Policy when app features, legal requirements or information practices change and provide the current text in the app. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, and we will obtain renewed consent for new purposes or permissions where required by law.
